This class is designed to accommodate all practitioners and is taught with a focus on all levels; modifications are offered to suit beginners and more experienced practitioners will have the opportunity to challenge themselves by engaging in the full expression of the poses. 


Quick Fix Yoga -   

This open class was designed with the busy professional in mind. Take a weekly break and get a quick fix.  For some, it may be your only chance



Yoga for Athletes  -
 
 

Yoga for athletes, is based on the ancient pragmatic fitness science of yoga. Yoga for Athletes is designed to improve the performance and health of the modern athlete by blending this ancient discipline with the demands placed on the athlete. Shari feels yoga has a profound impact on athletic performance.


Shari has discovered that with regular practice, athletes of all levels will gain balance, strength, flexibility and power. This combination will lessen the risk of injury, quicken recovery time and improve performance in sports.
