Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO"allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Victoria started taking dance lessons when she was just 5 years old. She participates in yoga, Pilates and weightlifting, and has been licensed as a Zumba teacher since August 2010. When Victoria found Zumba, she was searching for a fun, productive exercise program that would increase her cardio-respiratory and cardiovascular systems. After taking just a few lessons, she knew her search was over! Zumba is the first cardio workout Victoria has been able to do consistently for years and still enjoy. She loves the combination of upbeat music, fun moves, and loves seeing people enjoy fitness!

Dancing, feeling the music is Bab’s joy! Bab’s had lessons in the MarthaGraham technique from age 7 to 12, performed in High School dancehonorary, dardinaires, and University of Arizona Dance honorary, Orchesis.Folk dancing, ball room, line dancing and contra dancing have all led to ZUMBA Fitness! Bab’s became a licensed Zumba instructor September 2010 in Zumba Basic, Zumba Gold in December 2010, and Zumba Toning in July 2011. Zumba's emphasis is to ditch the work out and join the party. Fun is the universal ingredient!
